Delivery information

We deliver free of charge within a 15 mile radius of our base. A charge of one pound per mile including collection will be payable for deliveries further afield.

Normal delivery is in the morning between 8 a.m. and 12 noon and pick-up between five and eight in the evening on a geographical round basis. However if your booking is for a hired venue or event etc: and you need precise delivery/collection times, this can be arranged at time of booking.

Access to the site must be free of obstacles to allow for a clean run with a wide enough entry point. The site must be level ensuring all sharps objects and animal waste are removed. We will not set up on gravel, shingle etc. If grass has been freshly cut, please make sure all grass cuttings are remove as they will stain and incur additional cleaning costs.

We will supply a 50m electric cable and will need a power point within this distance. If a power point is not available, a petrol fan or generator can be hired but will incur an additional charge for the fuel.

Setting up will take 10-15 minutess and packing away 15-20 minutes roughly.
