Please read through the terms and conditions carefully. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure all advice and safety instructions are followed throughout the hire period.

You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the unit is in use.

If there is a height restriction specified on unit please ensure no one over this height uses the equipment, keeping users in similar size groups and ability with enough space to play safely not overcrowded, If users are colliding into one another it is too crowded. Anyone with back or neck problems must not use the unit.

Ensure that all users remove their footwear [except socks] and any other hard, sharp or dangerous object from their person [spectacles are best removed] and are clothed appropriately.

Do not allow users to bounce on the step/front apron it is there to assist users in getting on and off the unit. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.

Stop users pushing, recklessly colliding, playing rough or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others, please ensure that users are not attempting somersaults or acrobats.

The unit should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area, in the event of heavy rain stop use switch off the blower at the mains plug, helping the walls of the unit to fold inwards over the jump area will help it to stay dry any wetness including bubbling at the seams can be dried with a towel when the weather permits.

During inflation deflation make sure nobody is in the way or on the unit, extreme caution is to be taken when handling cables and the electric blower these will be positioned at/near the rear of the Unit and under no circumstances are children to touch these items, if the unit is not being used for any part of the day please switch off the blower at the mains plug.

In the event that the blower stops working please ensure all users get of the unit in an orderly manner immediately, do not panic, the unit deflating will not hurt anyone panicking will.  Please check there is still electric, in the unlikely event that the blower as overheated unplugs at the mains  give it a few minutes if it still doesn’t go when you plug it back in please inform us immediately.

The unit should be anchored down on all occasions when in use all anchorage points must be checked regular to ensure unit is securely anchored to the ground do not use and deflate Unit if there is a strong breeze. [Large branches in motion] do not move the unit after it has been set up only a representative of fun is us are permitted to set up take down the unit.

Food or drink is not to be consumed on the unit, party poppers silly string etc are not to be taken on the unit they can permanently stain the material, smoking and barbecues are to be undertaken at a safe distance away from the unit.

The hirer is responsible from the safekeeping of the unit and any damage you will be liable to pay for along with any lost of income why the unit is being repaired.
